Your direct involvement at parking locations ensures greater agility, safety, and quality for our operations. More than completing tasks, the idea is to co-create with autonomy, responsibility, and space to experiment, make mistakes, and learn. **What you’ll handle daily:** Perform basic maintenance on fleet vehicles on-site; Identify visible damages and simple mechanical failures, focusing on quick and accurate response; Conduct basic diagnostics using a scanner and/or tests; Carry out general vehicle condition inspections, ensuring safety and roadworthiness; Report services clearly and accurately via internal systems; Help build an increasingly intelligent, agile, and digital maintenance process; Submit shift-end reports; Work on a 6x1 schedule. **What we expect from you:** Previous experience in automotive maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or tire services); Valid driver’s license, Category B; Ability to work autonomously and in external environments (street/field); Strong communication skills to report diagnostics and incident status; Commitment to safety, quality, and response time; Willingness to learn and develop practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
