Apply now and join the Autoglass Group! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Sort and allocate received goods onto shelves or designated areas:** receive, verify, and organize products in the warehouse according to the company’s organizational system, ensuring easy access and order. * **Load and unload goods from trucks/trailers:** responsible for loading and unloading products from transport vehicles, handling goods carefully to prevent damage and adhering to safety procedures. * **Package goods for transportation:** properly package goods for shipment, using specific packaging materials and techniques to ensure protection during transit. * **Perform and maintain warehouse or shipping area cleanliness and organization:** keep the workplace clean and organized, performing regular cleaning tasks and arranging the warehouse to maximize efficiency and minimize accident risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Willingness and motivation to work; * No prior experience required; we provide training and qualification; * Availability for occasional travel and training; * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Skill in handling fragile items/packaging; * Experience in logistics; * Ability to propose process improvements. **Desired Competencies:** * **Organization**: Maintain the workplace and products in an orderly manner, facilitating item location and handling. * **Attention to Detail**: Carefully observe product and packaging specifications to ensure accuracy in organization and shipment. * **Material Handling Skills**: Ability to efficiently handle and organize goods, using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and correct handling of inventory items. * **Proactivity**: Anticipate needs—such as replenishing packaging supplies or adjusting warehouse layout—to keep operations running smoothly without interruption. * **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and harmoniously. * **Creativity**: Apply innovative and creative solutions to improve organizational efficiency, making processes faster and more effective.
