Job Summary: The Instituto Via de Acesso, in partnership with INGRAM MICRO, is seeking young individuals to join its Administrative Apprentice Program, providing support across various sales and operational activities. Administrative and operational support The Instituto Via de Acesso, in partnership with **INGRAM MICRO**, is selecting young candidates interested in and available to participate in the Administrative Apprentice Program. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the IM Morumbi Inside Sales team by sending issued invoices (NFs) to channels; quote completion on the Veeam portal for renewal submissions—quotes sent 90, 60, and 30 days prior to expiration. Support monthly Veeam consumption order creation (approximately 120 orders per month, processed between the 5th and 15th of each month). Support Pipefy ticket creation, SKU registration, and submission of purchase orders via Pipefy. Additional tasks may be taught within the IM360 program. **Requirements and Qualifications** Young candidates currently enrolled in or having completed high school or technical education. Young candidates aged 18 to under 23 years old (due to health/safety hazards and contractual duration requirements). Documents required: ID card / CPF / Work Card—physical or digital; Voter Registration Card—physical or digital; Military Service Certificate (for males, preferred but not mandatory). Undergraduate or technological degree students are not eligible for the Apprentice Program, as they meet prerequisites for the Internship Program instead.
