Support to administrative and commercial departments Job Description Responsibilities: * Support the company’s day-to-day financial management; * Organize and control accounts payable and receivable; * Perform bank reconciliations and verify bank statements; * Manage contracts, collections, and overdue accounts; * Issue and verify bills, invoices, and receipts; * Conduct collections via phone, messaging, etc.; * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide financial support to administrative and commercial departments. Requirements: * Basic to intermediate knowledge of financial routines; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Must reside in Valparaíso or nearby cities.
