Godofredo Viana, 715 \- Centro, Imperatriz \- MA * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM **Compensation:** * Lawyer (active OAB registration) – Associate Contract: BRL 3,000.00 * Law Graduate – PJ Contract: BRL 2,700.00 * Performance- and target-based bonuses * Monthly earnings with bonuses: over BRL 4,000 * No income ceiling — growth aligned with performance **About the Opportunity** A nationally active labor law firm seeks a Junior Lawyer or Law Graduate to serve on the front line of its commercial operations, assuming a strategic and leadership role within the department. This position is ideal for candidates with a commercial mindset, who enjoy challenges and wish to grow rapidly by taking on increasing responsibilities within the operation. **Main Responsibilities** * Engage with and close new clients * Lead negotiations and conversions (closer profile) * Support and guide the commercial team (3 members) * Track individual and collective targets * Organize and monitor the sales pipeline * Conduct follow-ups and ensure progression of opportunities * Participate in improving and structuring the commercial process **Mandatory Requirements** * Law degree (with or without OAB registration) * Commercial orientation and negotiation skills * Strong communication and confidence in conducting conversations * Organization and discipline in meeting targets * Desire for rapid growth and willingness to assume responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sales or commercial customer service * Prior experience at a law firm * Basic knowledge of CRM or sales pipeline management * Leadership profile or interest in management **Candidate Profile We Seek** An ambitious, energetic, and growth-driven individual — someone eager to move beyond technical work and build a career centered on strong commercial engagement and leadership potential.
