Dynamic, collaborative environment with openness to ideas The **Laçador de Ofertas** seeks an **Operations Intern** to support the company’s operational routines, ensuring organization, control, and assistance for internal and external demands. This position is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of offers, partnerships, and internal processes, directly supporting the Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing, and Influencer teams. **Your day-to-day mission:** Support the company’s operational activities by performing controls, registrations, verifications, and follow-ups, contributing to process organization and ensuring alignment with established standards and deadlines. * Assist in registering and updating partners and offers in the system. * Support the organization and completion of operational control spreadsheets. * Provide support in issuing reports, contracts, and invoices. * Assist in verifying information, invoices, and offer content. * Support monitoring of KPIs and data organization. * Provide support for operational demands from the Commercial, Customer Service, and Marketing teams. * Assist in email communication with clients and partners when necessary. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Availability to intern for up to 2 years. * Residency in Porto Alegre or its metropolitan region. **Knowledge (Hard Skills):** * Familiarity with Excel and control spreadsheets. * Basic knowledge of Canva. * Professional writing skills for communication with clients and partners. **Competencies (Soft Skills):** * Organization and attention to detail. * Clear and professional communication. * Responsibility in meeting deadlines. * Proactivity in seeking solutions. * Flexibility to handle varied demands and multiple tasks simultaneously. **What will set you apart in this role:** * Prior experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service areas. * Experience with office routines, document control, or system updates. * Experience in dynamic environments requiring organization and prioritization of multiple demands. ✨ **Flexibility and Balance:** **Hybrid work model**: 4 days remote and 1 day onsite in **Porto Alegre**, with flexibility to balance studies, personal life, and professional development. **Continuous Growth:** Close mentorship, regular feedback, and **practical, on-the-job learning**, with real opportunities for development throughout the internship. **Dynamic and Collaborative Culture:** A light-hearted, collaborative, and challenging environment, open to ideas, constant exchange, and active participation in team initiatives. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Stipend**: R$1.200,00 initially * **Contract Type**: Internship * **Work Format**: Hybrid (Porto Alegre and surrounding area) * **Benefits**: Transportation allowance proportional to onsite days. **Interested?** If you identify with our culture and believe you can make a difference, join the **Laçador de Ofertas** team and grow with us.
