Exclusively for candidates from Porto Alegre and surrounding areas. No prior experience required. We seek individuals eager to grow both personally and professionally. The only essential requirements are motivation and strong communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required. Requirements Mandatory: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration. Resident of Porto Alegre or neighboring cities. Optional/Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in the field is a plus. Responsibilities and Activities: \- Registration on platforms and submission of documentation \- Registration of partner professionals, request and control of documents; \- Assist in controlling, organizing, and sorting equipment, as well as monitoring calibration expiration deadlines. \* Prepare rental and maintenance cost estimates for equipment. \* Assist in maintaining and updating various control spreadsheets. \* Assist in preparing the technicians’ weekly schedule. Profile Proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who enjoys interacting with people. Salary and Benefits Meal Allowance: BRL 26.94 per business day. Work Model: On-site (Porto Alegre office). Internship stipend is BRL 1,000.00 \+ transportation allowance, increasing every 6 months.
