Job Summary: Responsible for product receipt, inspection, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, postage management, and reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipments **Product receipt and inspection**, **inventory management** (warehousing), (picking and packaging), **freight/transport management**, and **reverse logistics**. * **Order Processing and Dispatch (Packaging):** Organize inventory, perform appropriate "picking" (product selection) and "packing" (packaging) for transportation, issue the fiscal invoice and the Shopee-generated shipping label. * **Postage Management (Drop-off):** Deliver packaged products to authorized collection points, such as Shopee Agencies or partners (Correios, Pegaki, Loggi), so that the carrier can initiate delivery. * **Real-Time Tracking:** Monitor shipment status from pickup through final delivery to the customer, ensuring tracking synchronization with the platform. * **Returns and Exchanges Management:** Process products returned by end consumers, using Shopee’s reverse logistics to receive items back and manage refunds. * Full responsibility for warehousing, picking, and shipping.
