




Job Summary: Administrative internship focused on administrative routines, customer service, inventory control, item quotation, financial support, and invoice issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Development in customer service and inventory control Prerequisites: Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; familiarity with administrative routines; customer service experience; Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: Receiving orders and picking items for the school (school store, commercial department, mascots, uniforms, booths, etc.) for delivery/distribution; verifying/counting and emailing the overall book inventory via Sponte; continuously monitoring minimum stock levels to prevent book shortages; quoting items/equipment (internet services, construction materials, cell phones, computers, general technology, uniforms, etc.); supporting student and general public reception; providing assistance to administrative and financial departments; issuing invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, system proficiency, sending payment slips, and related tasks. Working Hours: - Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with 1-hour break), 1 day off per week, Saturday (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Total of 30 hours per week. Stipend: R$600.00 Transportation Allowance (VT) - English course stipend RESIDENCE IN JANGA OR NEARBY AREAS IS MANDATORY.
