




Job Summary: This administrative internship offers an opportunity to assist with various support tasks, document organization, and customer service in a workshop environment. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone customer service **Main Responsibilities:** Assist with administrative tasks, physical and digital document organization and filing, invoice entry, data entry into spreadsheets and internal systems, monitor and support procurement processes, quotations, and material requests. Provide in-person and telephone customer service, along with other workshop department activities. **Required Qualifications:** Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Logistics, Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, Production Engineering, or related fields; Minimum of second semester completed; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher (R$ 34.00), Life Insurance, SESC, GymPass, Discounts on courses at partner schools.
