Our client is an expert network that provides consulting services to businesses over the phone and in person at conferences, teleconferences, custom events, and workshops. *It’s a 6\-month project engagement.* REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role. * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large volumes of data and implementing data warehousing projects. * Basic knowledge of Spark and Python. * Knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. * Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines. * Familiarity with compliance\-based environments and experience in building compliant software solutions. * Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational/NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with various database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos). * Experience Azure Databricks and Delta Lake. * Solid understanding of data engineering concepts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with business stakeholders in converting requirements into solutions. * Upper\-intermediate level of English. * Bachelor’s Degree. NICE TO HAVE * Experience with DBT is a huge plus, and even a desire to learn it is beneficial. * Experience with Fivetran. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions that derive insights from data. * Exhibit knowledge of SQL to effectively manage and manipulate data. * Utilize expertise in data warehousing concepts to work with large volumes of data to perform analysis and provide recommendations to enable data\-driven decision\-making. * Build and optimize data pipelines on Azure Databricks, leveraging in\-depth knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, and Delta Lake on Databricks. * Manage and maintain data in the lakehouse medallion architecture. * Build BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau. * Utilize advanced SQL knowledge to work with relational and NoSQL databases, and database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos). * Design and implement robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to build and deploy compliant software solutions in a compliance\-based environment.
