




Job Summary: A service and organizational professional responsible for patient reception, appointment scheduling and documentation management, with a focus on health insurance procedures and electronic medical records. Issuance of health insurance authorization forms and SADT forms **Requirements**: Completed high school education; Prior experience handling high-volume health insurance services and issuing authorization forms; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; Experience with both in-person and online patient service; Knowledge of physical and digital archiving procedures; Easy access to the Planalto Paulista region – São Paulo/SP; Availability to start immediately. **Employment Type**: Permanent CLT contract **Working Hours**: 44 hours per week. Position 1: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and Saturday, 08:00–12:00.
