




Job Summary: Coordinate continuous improvement and operational excellence projects, focusing on optimizing production processes and managing industrial KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs 2. Serve as a technical reference for operational excellence tools 3. Develop and monitor operational excellence maturity plans * Coordinate continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA), targeting losses, bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies in production and support processes. * Map, analyze, and optimize production flows (VSM, flowcharts, time and motion studies). * Lead initiatives to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and reduce industrial costs. * Ensure process standardization through review and implementation of procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices. * Serve as a technical reference for operational excellence tools across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Supply departments. * Coordinate root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA) and structured action plans. * Conduct visual management routines, define and monitor industrial KPIs (OEE, productivity, yield, losses, deviations, lead time, internal OTIF). * Provide technical support for deviation investigations, CAPAs, and systemic process improvements, interfacing with Quality Assurance. * Lead workshops, Kaizen events, and training on Lean culture and continuous improvement. * Support technology transfer projects, new product launches, and process changes from an operational efficiency and robustness perspective. * Ensure continuous improvement initiatives comply with GMP, validations, change control, and regulatory requirements. * Develop and monitor operational excellence maturity plans at the plant level. * Coordinate teams (where applicable), developing analysts and continuous improvement multipliers. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Pharmacy, or related fields * Experience in pharmaceutical industrial environments * Solid knowledge of: * Lean Manufacturing * Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred) * Root cause analysis tools * Process mapping * Industrial performance indicators * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Project management experience * Familiarity with quality systems, CAPA, and change control Benefits: Meal allowance of R$ 225.00 On-site meals.
