Opportunity – Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: An early-career professional supporting brand management, serving as the fundamental operational support for executing the marketing plan. Detail-oriented, curious, and highly motivated to learn, collaborating closely with the team to implement initiatives and ensure excellence in execution. Activities and Responsibilities: * Assist the manager in executing marketing plan initiatives and projects and monitor their implementation. * Support the sales team with clear product information and promotional materials. * Support preparation, validation, and submission of materials for promotional cycles. * Monitor events and training sessions, ensuring necessary logistics and support. * Conduct regular brand performance analyses based on pharmaceutical market audits, providing data for decision-making. * Support digital and multichannel initiatives, ensuring brand consistency. * Manage brand budgets, ensuring expenditure planning and monitoring procurement and finance processes. * Interface with the Sales Force to monitor and implement tactical initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience: Internship or initial experience (up to 2 years) in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industry. Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory). Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical market audits is a plus. Interest in digital marketing and data analysis.
