Register in our talent pool, and as soon as an opportunity better aligned with your profile arises, we’ll contact you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the team in managing logistics flows and their routines (Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, and Inventory), aiming to ensure all activities are performed according to the Company’s needs. * Develop studies focused on improving and/or optimizing the logistics structure to reduce inventory levels, delivery lead times, and operational costs; monitor market innovations and new technologies to maintain the Company’s competitive edge. * Ensure the return of products stored at third-party warehouses to Brainfarma, while monitoring the right product, at the right location, at the right time (Just-in-Time). * Monitor and control inventory-related activities in warehouses and material movement registration (inbound and outbound), verifying product types, quantities, and system records. * Coordinate the collection processes of productive and non-productive inputs from third parties. * Support procurement in negotiating with logistics suppliers, as well as in supplier qualification and certification, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, internal standards, and pre-established quality requirements. * Develop and review internal procedures related to departmental activities, identifying respective steps, maintaining quality, and meeting company standards. Lead team management by assigning responsibilities, delegating tasks and activities to meet departmental and corporate needs, analyzing team performance, proposing improvement action plans or providing recognition when appropriate—aiming to engage all team members and consolidate an organizational culture oriented toward continuous quality improvement and high standards of individual and collective performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in leadership roles overseeing operational teams within logistics departments of large companies in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors. * Ability to lead teams and processes, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in large-scale ERPs, preferably SAP; knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), MRP (Material Requirements Planning); proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to manage based on KPIs and standardized processes. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing/Distribution Practices.
