Job Summary: A professional to plan and control industrial production, optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency in metal structures. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with various departments for alignment and continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in industrial production planning (an advantage in metal structures or metallurgy); * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, and performance indicators; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints; * Familiarity with manufacturing processes (welding, cutting, bending, drilling, etc.) is an advantage; * Availability to work in Eusébio/CE during regular business hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop production plans considering construction schedules and metal structure projects; * Analyze productive capacity of cutting, bending, welding, and painting lines; * Monitor inventory levels of sheets, profiles, tubes, and other metallic raw materials; * Determine sequencing of production orders to meet contractual deadlines and minimize setup time; * Track performance indicators (efficiency, lead time, on-time delivery, and machine utilization); * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales departments to align demand forecasts and delivery timelines; * Propose continuous improvements to production planning and control processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
