Job Summary: Professional to develop and monitor production plans, balance demand and capacity, monitor inventory levels, analyze deviations, and prepare management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of deviations and proposal of action plans PLANNING ANALYST (PCP) **Position:** Planning Analyst (PCP) **Location:** Varginha - MG **Schedule:** T3 from 22:40 to 06:00 **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Develop and monitor production plans ✔ Ensure balance between demand and production capacity ✔ Monitor inventory levels and suggest adjustments ✔ Update planning and performance indicators ✔ Analyze deviations and propose action plans ✔ Prepare management reports and presentations ✔ Support audits and process governance **Requirements:** ✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint / Completed Bachelor's degree ✅ Experience with PCP and production processes ✅ Knowledge of MRP, quality tools, and WMS/SAP **Competencies:** Resilience and agility Ability to solve complex problems Ability to collaborate across departments and develop teams **Salary:** 2\.700,00 Benefits to be negotiated **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree
