




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production; leading the PCP team; and integrating departments such as Procurement and Production. Production capacity analysis and continuous improvement * Plan, schedule, and control production to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards; * Lead, develop, and engage the PCP team, aligning goals and performance indicators; * Monitor demand and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; * Integrate PCP with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Commercial departments; * Analyze production capacity and propose continuous improvements to processes; * Ensure adherence to product launch and collection schedules; * Develop, monitor, and analyze production and performance KPIs.
