




Job Summary: Plan, execute, and monitor institutional and brand events, ensuring excellence, strategic alignment, timely delivery, supplier and budget control, thereby strengthening the brand image. Plan, execute, and monitor institutional and brand events, ensuring delivery excellence, strategic alignment with business objectives, and efficient control of timelines, suppliers, and budget—thereby reinforcing brand image and campaign outcomes. Responsibilities: * + Plan, organize, and execute in-house events and brand participation in external events, covering all phases: pre-event, during-event, and post-event. + Analyze event requests strategically, evaluating objectives, target audience, investment, and expected return. + Manage all suppliers comprehensively (production companies, venues, catering services, promotional items, partners, and service providers). + Lead supplier negotiation, contracting, and monitoring processes to ensure quality, deadlines, and cost efficiency. + Plan, control, and monitor event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial planning. + Develop briefings for agencies and executing suppliers, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. + Serve as the primary on-site contact during events, resolving unforeseen issues in real time. + Interface with partners, sponsors, and other brands involved in the events. + Coordinate content production and monitoring during events (photography and video), ensuring materials for communication and promotion. + Prepare post-event reports including results analysis, KPIs, and key learnings.
