Ensure production meets deadlines and quality standards Responsibilities: Ensure production meets deadlines and quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction. Operate and configure flexographic printing machines. Mount printing plates, conduct print tests to ensure quality. Resolve technical issues such as misalignment and print quality. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, comply with safety and quality standards, to produce various products such as labels. 1 \- Install and remove tooling from machines daily 2 \- Adjust tooling to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels of various dimensions! 3 \- Adjust tooling, mount and align printing plates and ink rollers, load ink, adjust the entire setup to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels with any type of coloring. 4 \- Remove tooling, clean it, and store it properly in inventory.
