Job Summary: Responsible for visual communication and physical product development—from concept to production—including laser-cut components and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of structural and graphic packaging Mission: Take full ownership of the company’s visual communication and develop physical products—including laser-cut components and packaging—from concept through to production. Key responsibilities: \- Creation of graphic assets for digital and print media; \- Web design (websites, landing pages, banners); \- Social media content creation; \- Development of 2D and 3D projects for laser cutting (trophies, signage, MDF and acrylic parts); \- Design and development of packaging (structural and graphic); \- Preparation of technical files for production (cutting, folding, interlocking, tolerances, and assembly); \- Standardization of brand and product visual identity. Requirements Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe, Corel, Figma or similar); Knowledge of 2D and 3D design applied to production; Experience with packaging, physical materials, and manufacturing processes; Ability to deliver production-ready files; Expected software (one or more): CorelDRAW / Illustrator (technical 2D and packaging); Fusion 360, SketchUp, Rhino or similar (3D). Preferred Familiarity with digital fabrication, carpentry, or prototyping; Experience with UV printing, engraving, or laser cutting; Product-oriented mindset and understanding of industrial costs.
