Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, and supervising civil engineering projects and construction works, ensuring technical, contractual, and safety management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and develop multidisciplinary civil engineering projects. 2. Manage internal service provision contracts and construction execution contracts. 3. Collaborate integrally with safety, environmental, and procurement departments. Responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, and supervising civil engineering projects and construction works, ensuring appropriate technical, contractual, and safety management, with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and legal requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and develop multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, including steel structures, reinforced concrete, hydrological design, pavement, geotechnical engineering, and drainage systems; * Manage internal service provision contracts, including consulting engineering, project development, and civil construction execution; * Monitor and supervise, on-site, the implementation of management and rehabilitation measures for degraded areas at the Ouro Branco/MG Power Plant; * Prepare technical specifications for procurement processes and conduct technical evaluation of proposals for service contracting; * Monitor and supervise, on-site, civil construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs, technical standards, and contractual requirements; * Review, analyze, and verify daily construction reports to ensure traceability and reliability of information; * Verify and validate quantities of services performed by contracted companies; * Monitor productivity of contracted teams, using the consolidated physical schedule as reference; * Review and validate measurement reports submitted by contractors, ensuring alignment with executed services and contractual terms; * Evaluate, approve, and control safety documentation required for activity execution; * Certify, on-site, the implementation of all safety and technical measures previously assessed and planned for activities; * Collaborate integrally with safety, environmental, procurement, and other support departments, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in project management and multidisciplinary interface coordination; * Knowledge of surveying, geotechnics, and foundations; * Organized, proactive, communicative profile with systemic vision. ### **Work Location** * Ouro Branco / MG Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
