Supervise civil construction execution and safety measures Plan, coordinate, develop, and supervise civil engineering projects and construction works, ensuring appropriate technical, contractual, and safety management, with focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, quality, and legal requirements. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and develop multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, covering steel structures, reinforced concrete, hydrological design, pavement, geotechnics, and drainage systems; * Manage internal service contracts, including consulting engineering, project development, and civil construction execution; * Monitor and supervise, on-site, implementation of management and rehabilitation measures for degraded areas at the Ouro Branco/MG Power Plant; * Prepare technical specifications for procurement processes and perform technical evaluation of proposals for service contracting; * Monitor and supervise, on-site, civil construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs, technical standards, and contractual requirements; * Review, analyze, and verify daily construction reports, ensuring traceability and reliability of information; * Verify and validate quantities of work performed by contracted companies; * Monitor productivity of contracted teams, using the consolidated physical schedule as reference; * Review and validate measurement reports submitted by contractors, ensuring alignment with executed works and contractual terms; * Evaluate, approve, and control safety documentation required for activity execution; * Certify, on-site, implementation of all safety and technical measures previously assessed and planned for activities; * Collaborate closely with Safety, Environment, Procurement, and other support departments to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in project management and multidisciplinary interface coordination; * Knowledge of surveying, geotechnics, and foundations; * Organized, proactive, communicative profile with systemic vision. ### **Work Location** * Ouro Branco / MG Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
