At Mi Garba Gelateria!, our mission is to delight customers with unique experiences through authentic Italian gelato. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Friendly greeting, answering questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergens, and offering recommendations. * **Preparation and Serving:** Serving gelato using proper techniques to maintain texture, assembling bowls, cones, cups, and preparing beverages or açaí. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Keeping the counter, display cases, scoops, and spoons sanitized, as well as organizing the store environment. * **Stock Replenishment:** Monitoring the display case, restocking sold-out flavors, and refilling toppings, cones, and packaging. * **Food Safety:** Adhering strictly to sanitary regulations, including wearing hairnets, clean uniforms, and proper food handling. **Essential Skills:** * Friendliness and strong communication skills. * Efficiency in customer service, especially during peak hours. * Organization and attention to detail. * Completed high school education.
