The pizzaiolo will be responsible for the complete preparation of dough, sauces, and pizza assembly, ensuring flavor, quality, and consistency in all served products. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dough, sauces, and fillings according to house recipes and standards; * Handle and bake pizzas in gas, electric, or wood-fired ovens; * Monitor oven time and temperature; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize waste; * Comply with food safety regulations and good food handling practices; * Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a pizzaiolo; * Knowledge of artisanal dough preparation and fermentation techniques; * Agility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality; * Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with wood-fired ovens; * Knowledge of Neapolitan or naturally fermented pizzas; * Creativity in developing new flavors and combinations.
