Job Summary: Inventory Analyst responsible for documentary and physical verification of products, inventory control, data recording and dispatch, ensuring record accuracy and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Documentary and physical verification to ensure compliance 2. Inventory control and organization using systems and scanners 3. Recording and posting of inventory data * **Documentary Verification:** Reviews invoices, waybills and other documents to verify compliance with products. * **Physical Verification:** Compares received or outgoing items against documents, verifying quantity, type and integrity. * **Inventory Control:** Conducts counts, organizes products in correct locations and ensures record accuracy, using systems and barcode/QR code scanners. * **Recording and Posting:** Enters incoming and outgoing data into the company system, generating reports and maintaining inventory control. * **Dispatch:** Verifies products dispatched for delivery, ensuring they match the customer’s order. * **Labeling:** Labels new products. * Delivery Note: Posts the delivery note for dispatched deliveries.
