**JOIN OUR TEAM\- SHIPPING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** Assist in the processes of verification, organization, and shipment of products, ensuring all goods are dispatched according to the quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements established by the cooperative and its customers. **Shipping Processes** * Verify goods, checking quantities, codes, batches, and conditions. **Control and Organization** * Maintain an organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations. * Record incoming and outgoing items in systems or spreadsheets, as required. * Address discrepancies, damages, or irregularities. **Education** * Completed high school education. * Logistics-related courses are preferred. **Experience** * Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, or similar areas is desirable. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of material verification. * Strong organizational skills. * Knowledge of control systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or similar) is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Agility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Responsibility * Commitment * Clear and direct communication **Working Conditions** * Warehouse, logistics, or operational environment. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
