Teamwork and customer service We are seeking a dedicated professional to work as a Loading and Unloading Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that these processes are carried out safely and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Properly and safely operate cargo handling equipment; * Assist in loading and unloading operations; * Palletize and stretch-wrap cargo according to instructions from the driver, checker, or operational supervisor; * Assist the driver in vehicle maneuvering; * Assist the driver during delivery and pickup of fiscal documents and goods at the recipient customer’s location; * Assist the driver in receiving and verifying proof of delivery; * Support the driver in reporting incidents; * Report to dispatching on deliveries completed and refused; * Prepare pallets for goods storage; * Other related duties. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented; * Strives for continuous improvement; * Teamwork; * Understands and delights customers; * Demonstrates business ethics. **Requirements:** * Elementary education * No prior experience required; we accept candidates for their first job. **Shifts:** * Day shift — 7:10 AM to 5:10 PM * Evening shift — 5:00 PM to 2:15 AM * Night shift — 8:00 PM to 5:15 AM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 — R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available for the Night or Day shift?
