Ensure compliance and good condition of products upon shipment to customers. **Key Deliverables** Ensure products are delivered to customers according to order specifications, properly organized and in good condition. **General Responsibilities** * Embody Comercial Brasil’s organizational identity; * Provide guidance to colleagues and customers on matters related to the department; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines to optimize departmental operations; * Collaborate with other departments at Comercial Brasil to generate business results; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Develop and train the team to achieve desired outcomes; * Perform additional duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and management direction; **Specific Responsibilities** * Verify items picked prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with order specifications; * Inspect goods to identify potential damage or irregularities, immediately reporting them to the responsible supervisor; * Check shipment volumes and quantities to ensure accuracy against customer orders; * Maintain an organized warehouse to facilitate internal movement and inventory control; * Assist in periodic inventory counts, physically verifying stock and adjusting system discrepancies accordingly; * Register in the system photos documenting customer and carrier receipt of goods; * Operate electric pallet jacks for vehicle loading; * Collaborate closely with receiving, shipping, driver, and warehouse operator teams to ensure efficient logistics processes; * Report any operational issues—such as stock shortages or verification errors—to the immediate supervisor; strictly adhere to safety standards when handling goods; * Assemble shipments for handover to drivers; * Sort inter-store transfer goods for dispatch to the distribution center (DC); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Strictly adhere to safety standards when handling goods. **Minimum Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** 6 months of experience in related activities. **Preferred Qualification:** NR-11 certification required.
