The goal is to create a clean and organized environment. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Document Organization and Archiving: Manage, file, digitize, and maintain the organization of physical and digital documents. * Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing visitors and internal/external requests. * Document Preparation: Complete forms, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents, as well as making copies and digitizing documents. * Basic Financial Control: Assist with tasks such as inventory control, tracking received goods, entering invoices, and organizing receipts. * Materials Management: Monitor and control office supply inventories and place purchase orders when necessary. * Departmental Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, such as Human Resources, Logistics, and Finance, according to their needs.
