




Job Summary: The Production Operator I will operate equipment, handle LPG supplies and cylinders, perform repairs, maintenance, and calibration, ensuring process quality and safety. We are seeking a **Production Operator I** to join our team in Belém/PA. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1. Operate equipment and handle LPG supplies and cylinders during filling, storage, and vehicle loading for transportation. 2. Perform minor cylinder repairs, such as fixing small leaks or applying tare identification labels and mandatory information, preparing them for filling. 3. Conduct minor maintenance, repairs, and calibration of scales—including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication—as well as part replacement, adjustments, and calibration. 4. Assess cylinder quality through inspection techniques and sampling analysis, evaluating safety and quality aspects, segregating those requiring maintenance or rework. 5. Support inspections conducted by the Institute of Weights and Measures inspector to inform decision-making. 6. Analyze cylinders reported as defective by customers or segregated during production. 7. Assist in cylinder loading/unloading and movement across vehicles, platforms, and yards. 8. Ensure proper custody, cleanliness, organization, and preservation of tools and the workplace. 9. Move paint drums ready for application to the designated location, install them into the automatic homogenization system, and connect them to the distribution pump feeding spray guns in the painting booth. 10. Perform various painting tasks on production-line cylinders. 11.
