If you share our values, we would be delighted to welcome you to write your journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as a technical multiplier for the team; disseminate department/company guidelines; promote ongoing training and guidance regarding changes in processes and procedures; Audit all processes carried out in the department; review workflows, procedures, processes, and information systems within the area, aiming to implement improvements in activities; Update and analyze indicators related to processes and projects under your responsibility; Develop/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals; Handle oncological medications; Provide, request purchase of, and dispense medications for external customers; Verify physical inventory and system-generated reports, identifying and correcting possible discrepancies; Perform clinical pharmacy services for chemotherapy patients; Conduct and document daily patient progress evaluations; Know, apply, promote, and suggest standards and practices aimed at occupational safety and environmental preservation; participate in unit-promoted programs to eliminate situations that may pose risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation; Stay updated on technological advances related to your field of expertise to enhance professional development, share knowledge, and propose equipment and process improvements, contributing to continuous improvement; Ensure proper maintenance of organizational assets, requesting repairs, maintenance, and/or replacement whenever necessary; Perform other related duties as determined by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Postgraduate degree in Oncological Pharmacy Active registration with CRF-PI (Regional Council of Pharmacy of Piauí) Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule **Additional Information** **What We Offer You:** Health insurance plan (after probationary period) Meal allowance Dental plan (after probationary period) SESC partnership Totalpass Birthday day off Join the team transforming healthcare in Piauí!
