Responsibilities and Duties * Actively locate debtors who cannot be reached via telephone contact. * Propose and negotiate viable solutions for debtors—including payment plans or debt settlement agreements—with the goal of reaching mutually beneficial outcomes. * Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions with debtors, ensuring each contact, proposal, response, and agreement is systematically and accessibly recorded. Requirements and Qualifications * Valid driver’s license (Category A); * Personal vehicle (MOTORCYCLE); * Prior experience in collections.
