**Job Description:** Responsible for managing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the fleet at units in RN, Balsas \& Imperatriz/MA, and Campo Grande/MS; plan and control maintenance and equipment operation budgets; establish and implement efficient preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs; control operational costs (fuel, parts, lubricants, tires); manage teams at branch locations; negotiate with suppliers; ensure fleet operational availability according to established targets; control vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, inspections); prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); implement improvements in maintenance and operation processes; among other responsibilities. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Maintenance Management or related areas. Knowledge of forestry equipment maintenance (feller, harvester, forwarder, and/or skidder). Experience with maintenance of Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, or similar machinery. Proficiency in fleet and maintenance management systems. Knowledge of operational cost analysis. Certifications in maintenance management. Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Experience in the forestry, construction, or mining sectors. Team management experience. Willingness to travel. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
