




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring correct medication dispensing, complying with legislation, managing inventory, providing counseling, and coordinating the team. Key Highlights: 1. Complete pharmaceutical dispensing and counseling. 2. Strategic management of medications and teams. 3. Guarantee of regulatory compliance and excellence in patient care. * Ensure correct dispensing of prescribed medications, including prescription verification, appropriate dosage, and patient counseling on usage and side effects. * Administer injectables. * Ensure compliance with sanitary and pharmaceutical regulations (ANVISA, CRF, etc.). * Manage controls for specially controlled medications and prepare mandatory reports. * Provide patients with counseling on prescribed medications, including dosage instructions, possible drug interactions, and side effects. * Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate availability of medications and hygiene and beauty products. * Monitor inventories. * Verify the validity of medical prescriptions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and monitoring expiration dates of medications in stock. * Ensure prescription entry into the SNGPC system. * Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to patients' questions, concerns, and needs. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. * Monitor performance indicators such as sales, average transaction value, revenue, and expenses. * Monitor goal achievement and implement strategies to improve results. * Ensure workplace and service area organization and cleanliness. * Supervise product display, pricing, and promotions. * Monitor expiration dates of medications and products. * Represent the pharmacy before regulatory agencies and during inspections. * Ensure maintenance of the operating license. * Coordinate, guide, and develop the staff team, promoting training and feedback. * Ensure proper scheduling of work shifts.
