




Job Summary: The professional will ensure efficient and ethical handling of customer requests, managing contract addenda, lot demarcation, document issuance, and general information provision, with emphasis on the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Ensure efficient handling of customer requests—including contract addenda, lot demarcation, installment bill preparation and dispatch, duplicate payment slips, fee generation, deed authorization, and provision of general information—with the objective of fully resolving customer demands. Ensure timely customer feedback regarding request status and guarantee compliance with company policies, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), with ethics and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person or remote customer service via other communication channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, phone calls), responding to various requests such as financial statements, duplicate payment slips, installment advance requests, settlement proposals, fee generation, information about developments and processes (checklist). Ensure efficient and high-quality resolution of requests, fostering a positive relationship with the company. When necessary, route requests to responsible departments, ensuring customer needs are fully met; * Process customer requests through an information system, verifying requirements related to contract addenda—such as assignment of rights, settlement terms, construction authorization terms, among others. Ensure formalization of documents, either digitally or physically, and registration and recording of changes in the system, ensuring appropriate process tracking and execution; * Receive customer requests related to lot demarcation and forward them to the responsible department via an information system, ensuring efficient fulfillment of requests. It is also the incumbent’s responsibility to provide customer feedback regarding approval or rejection of the request; * Ensure dispatch of documents for deed authorization according to the checklist and established guidelines, and provide customers with updates on request progress. Whenever necessary, forward notary-related requests to the responsible department; * Prepare installment bills for lots using the information system, printing them (in PDF or physical format) for digital dispatch or, when required, via postal mail. When dispatching via postal mail, the team is responsible for issuing AR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) to ensure physical delivery to customers. Our goal is to ensure timely installment payments from our customers; * Ensure service delivery in accordance with departmental policies and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), maintaining high standards of ethics and commitment to the department and the company; * Receive and digitize customer documents, and register the information in our system.
