Work environment that values teamwork and compliance with regulations. **The Seres Group is recruiting a professional for the position of Junior Cook**, tasked with working in food production while ensuring adherence to quality standards, food safety, hygiene, and organization, as specified in technical recipes and company guidelines. ### **Responsibilities:** * Organize and prepare raw materials, equipment, and utensils required to initiate and carry out the kitchen's production plan; * Carry out food production according to technical recipes and instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Report any changes in the production system, ensuring correct temperature and weight within established standards; * Accurately record all stages of the production process; * Monitor and record temperatures related to hot kitchen production; * Ensure appropriate hygienic conditions throughout the entire production process, preventing contamination; * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace according to established plans; * Clean, disinfect, maintain, and inspect equipment, machines, and utensils, ensuring they are clean, operational, and in good working condition; * Accurately complete all records related to food production; * Keep the workplace and common areas organized, clean, and in good condition; * Comply with quality management and safety system guidelines; * Complete and submit daily production records to the QHSE department, in accordance with defined standards; * Adhere to the company's quality management and safety policies, food safety policies, occupational health and safety policies, and environmental regulations. ### **Requirements:** **Academic background:** * Elementary or high school education. **Knowledge and skills:** * Basic knowledge of kitchen routines and food production; * Attention to detail and adherence to standards and procedures; * Organization, responsibility, and discipline; * Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Prior experience in this role or in an industrial kitchen will be considered an advantage.
