Development and implementation of procedures and process workflows We are a food manufacturing company specializing in corn derivatives and are seeking a Quality Analyst to support the growth of our Quality department. * Manage and monitor raw material corn; * Address and reduce risks of deviations in processes and products, complaints, returns, contaminations, and environmental damage through adherence to the Management System procedures; * Conduct onboarding training for new employees; * Develop and implement area-specific procedures, work instructions, and process workflows; * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance at all stages of the process; * Organize and prepare preventive documentation for regulatory processes; * Issue analytical reports; * Microbiological monitoring; * Physical-chemical monitoring; * Monitoring of the Food Fraud and Food Defense programs; * Ensure traceability exercise execution; * Support implementation of food safety programs, regulatory standards, and applicable legislation, as well as compliance with audit and certification requirements; * Support investigations into quality-related product complaints. Working hours: Business hours. Location: Near Maringá Airport and CTG.
