We are seeking a professional for the position of After-Sales Assistant. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service, analyzing all collected information and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Clarify questions regarding products and services; collect data and inputs concerning customer satisfaction; * Ensure possession of all available information about the company’s products and services; * Support the After-Sales team with critical information about the service or product; * Organize and enter collected information into the company’s CRM system; * Actively participate in programs and training offered by the company; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and the work environment; * Perform other related duties as needed and requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication and writing skills. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy and drugstore discount program.
