Apply now and be part of this educational journey.* **The candidate must meet the following requirements:** * Hold a degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedicine, or Chemistry. * Prior experience in laboratory roles within chemical and biological areas at educational institutions is highly desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide advisory support for teaching, research, and extension activities * Prepare chemical solutions, culture media, and other materials used in experimental classes, research assays, and related events * Assemble and disassemble experimental classes, research assays, and related events * Test methodologies applied in experimental classes, research assays, and related events * Clean and maintain laboratory facilities, equipment, and materials * Develop and update laboratory inventories * Assist in purchase requisition preparation * Manage small storerooms and/or supply rooms assigned to respective departments * Segregate and dispose of waste in accordance with current regulations * Participate in the preparation of the controlled substances inventory * Jointly manage the laboratory with its designated supervisor * Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory activities * Use computer resources * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Working Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Fridays from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Salary: BRL 1,313.00 + hazardous duty allowance (20% of the regional minimum wage)** **Benefits:** Transportation voucher Meal voucher Medical and dental assistance Undergraduate and graduate study scholarships Online English course Life insurance
