Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation engineering topics, with a focus on maintenance processes and plans. Does this sound like you?* **About the Role** ---------------- This position will be responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation maintenance engineering topics at the site. **In this "role", you will** ------------------------------------- * Manage the maintenance process by developing, implementing, and training the team on technical procedures; * Be responsible for maintenance plans, General Plant Shutdown, and compliance with legal inspections; * Ensure and monitor the site’s maintenance KPIs, as well as asset availability; * Participate in RCPS, performing report analyses and implementing actions; * Serve as the focal point for maintenance project or process implementations; * Support maintenance service quality in a standardized manner. **Requirements** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation; * Proven extensive prior experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager within the industrial sector; * Advanced English proficiency for both written and spoken communication; * Willingness and ability to work onsite in Imperatriz/MA. ### **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Experience in people management ### **We believe you possess** Excellent teamwork and team leadership skills, strong communication with peers and other departments, and a proactive approach to problem resolution. **Interested?** ------------------ This is a full-time permanent position based onsite in Imperatriz/MA, reporting to the Site Manager.
