




Job Summary: Safely operate a wheel loader to feed chip hoppers, remove ash buckets, load trucks, and organize the work area, ensuring equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure workplace safety and report hazards **Wheel Loader Operator I** *Safely operate the wheel loader to feed the chip hopper for boiler fuel supply, remove ash buckets from redlers, load ash and residues into trucks, and level chip piles in the yard. Responsible for cleaning and organizing the chip transportation area. Maintain the wheel loader in good operating condition.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform the machine checklist according to the checklist sheet and conduct the bucket zero-test before commencing tasks to ensure personal safety and company asset protection; * Feed chip hoppers; remove ash buckets and load ash and residues into trucks; * Clean and organize the work area and workplace as per PE - WPO standards, clean the chip transportation system, and guide truck drivers during chip unloading in the yard while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures; * Ensure workplace safety by observing VBS and REPORTING, comply with safety regulations, and participate in Daily Safety Dialogues to prevent incidents/accidents; report identified hazards for resolution; * Immediately inform the boiler supervisor of any process safety deviation; **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Wheel loader operation training; * Driver’s license Category B; * Prior experience operating wheel loaders required; * Prior experience with biomass (chips, bagasse, and boilers) required.
