Opportunity at a company transforming urban mobility Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital, these lines serve over 4.6 million people and constitute one of the city’s primary daily commuting corridors. In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support building maintenance by overseeing preventive and corrective services for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general infrastructure systems. * Supervise third-party suppliers to ensure contracted services are delivered according to agreed timelines and standards. * Manage the corporate fleet, supporting maintenance tracking, documentation, insurance, fueling, and operational recordkeeping. * Address internal infrastructure requests, resolving needs related to physical resources and workplace environments. * Support materials and asset management, controlling inventory of office supplies, equipment, and operational items. * Perform administrative routines within the department, including issuing purchase orders (P.O.), verifying invoices, and updating control records. * Monitor facilities-related costs and expenses, maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the preparation of operational reports. * Support operational activities, including organizing, moving, and loading materials and equipment, while adhering to safety regulations. * Maintain departmental records and indicators, organizing information on contracts, maintenance, fleet, and services rendered. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields. Required: o Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook – basic to intermediate level); o Administrative routines; o Organization of controls, spreadsheets, and operational records. * Preferred: o Knowledge of building maintenance; o Fleet and logistics control; o Experience supervising suppliers and managing contracts; o Familiarity with ERP systems or facilities management controls.
