Job Summary: Manage teams and logistics processes, ensuring service quality in transportation operations and optimizing fleet and route operations. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet administration and transportation route planning ***Fixed Salary (To be negotiated) **Responsibilities:** \- Team management (daily routines, goal and deadline compliance, service quality assurance, working hour control, shift scheduling, etc). \- Oversight of material receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, transportation, and delivery processes. \- Management and monitoring of quotations, negotiations, and contracting of independent/third-party carriers. \- Fleet administration. \- Transportation route planning and approval. \- Improvement of existing logistics processes. \- Operational process control and performance evaluation. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration or Logistics), valid driver's license category B. Strong interpersonal and people management skills. Prior experience in this role and solid knowledge of the transportation sector required.
