




Requirements: •High school diploma •Knowledge of Office suite; •Basic or intermediate Excel skills * Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency •Minimum 6 months of experience in the field Main Responsibilities: •Issue and track payments for invoices, bills, receipts, and purchase orders. •Perform and monitor receipt and branch invoice entries in Excel •Support data entry and third-party payment processing via Excel spreadsheet and send to finance (head office) •Process branch expense payments •Assist in registering new suppliers and products on the portal •Support request for quotes/maintenance Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1,518.00 - R$1,769.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
