Opportunity for learning and hands-on experience in public-facing customer service **CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP** A **confidential company** has **4 customer service internship positions** available for work in a **law firm office environment**, supporting administrative routines and public-facing customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist with in-person and remote customer service; * Assist with procedural inquiries, as instructed; * Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings; * Assist with requesting and organizing documents; * Provide support for the office’s administrative routines. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Law**; * **Basic computer skills**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Interest in learning and working in public-facing customer service. **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, from **08:30 AM to 3:00 PM**. **LOCATION** * Curitiba/PR – Mercês neighborhood (Fernando Simas Street). **STIPEND AND BENEFITS** * Monthly stipend: **R$ 1,200.00**; * Transportation allowance per workday.
