




Job Summary: Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines, supporting the structuring of the data warehouse/lakehouse, and modeling and analyzing large volumes of data to support various company departments. Focus on best practices in data engineering and data-driven culture **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain robust batch and real-time data pipelines. * Support the IT team in structuring Belmicro’s data warehouse/lakehouse, ensuring governance, quality, and scalability. * Model and analyze large volumes of data from sales, logistics, marketing, and customer service. * Develop statistical and machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, churn analysis, and inventory optimization. * Build dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., Streamlit, Power BI, Metabase) to support various company departments. * Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to translate business problems into data solutions. * Promote best engineering practices (version control, testing, deployment automation) and strengthen a data-driven culture. **Requirements** * Experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT, relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, cloud). * Proven experience in data science: applied statistics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and segmentation techniques. * Proficiency in Python (libraries such as Pandas, Polars, Scikit-learn, PySpark) and advanced SQL. * Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar). * Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). * Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation (Power BI, Streamlit, Tableau). * Familiarity with automation and continuous integration practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD). * Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical results into business language. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in consumer goods companies or high-transaction sectors (retail, marketplace, logistics). * Knowledge of real-time data architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis). * Experience in supply chain optimization, credit solutions, and pricing strategies. * Prior work in lean teams, with autonomy and a pragmatic approach to solution building. **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * Araújo Pharmacy discount program * On-site cafeteria * Commuter bus or transportation allowance (VT) * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$7.000,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
