MOTOCA’s journey began in 1978, when it was located at Praça Tiradentes in the center of Imperatriz, as an annex to the Volkswagen dealership—owned by the same group—and was merely a \"small door.\" In 1981, with business growth and the need for workshop standardization, the building on Avenida Dorgival Pinheiro was constructed. In 1995, we moved to our current location on BR 010 Maranhão Novo. Many loyal customer-friends were acquired during this period. They represent our greatest asset—the primary driver of our growth and the key factor sustaining our absolute market leadership in the region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Controller Leader in carrying out their duties; * Verify journal entries and documents; * Supervise Central and Finance operations. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Basic knowledge of General Accounting; * Familiarity with Cost Centers; * Knowledge of Income Statements (DRE) and Management Reports; * Expense classification and analysis; * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail; * Basic Power BI knowledge (desirable).
