Opportunity for development in a dynamic environment WE ARE HIRING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ON A 12X36 SHIFT — DAY SHIFT (7 AM–7 PM) OR NIGHT SHIFT (7 PM–7 AM). Responsibilities: * Support the administrative team in various tasks, such as file organization, telephone reception, visitor reception, office supply inventory control, and other support activities. * Perform document typing, drafting, and editing.\- Assist in payment processing and accounts payable/receivable.\- Support the Human Resources team in activities such as onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits administration, etc. * Collaborate on special projects and extraordinary activities, as required. Desired Profile: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in office support roles (preferred but not mandatory). * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Efficiency in handling requests and resolving issues promptly. * Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn. * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule.
