Job Summary: Responsible for active and responsive customer service for corporate clients, preparing proposals, negotiating, prospecting, and managing post-sales activities to achieve sales targets. Customer negotiation and prospecting **Responsibilities:** * Provide active and responsive customer service to corporate clients via telephone, e-mail, and other communication channels; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; * Negotiate commercial terms to close sales and foster customer loyalty; * Register and update customer and order information in the internal system, monitor order status, ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction; * Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities in the corporate market; * Maintain ongoing relationships with the customer base by implementing post-sales initiatives; * Achieve sales targets and support the sales team and other departments on matters related to the sales process. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in sales. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **This position offers a fixed salary plus commission based on sales performance.** ***Note: All positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.613,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
